      WHAT TO EXPECT: 

  • Begin with a 30-minute FREE consultation over Skype (or in person) to make sure it is the right fit for you
  • Discuss your goals and preferences to create a personalized plan for you 
  • Meet online (or in person) at least once a month for guidance and accountability
  • Receive a weekly workout plan with linked video demonstrations for either two 1-hour workouts per week or four 30-minute workouts per week 
  • Choose if you would like to do the workouts at home or at a gym
  • Map out a plan for the whole week which includes the proper resistance training, cardiovascular training, stretching, and rest based on your goals
  • Receive weekly accountability check-ins
  • Have access to your questions via email between sessions
  • Receive healthy meal/recipe ideas that fit your lifestyle and taste buds
